1st set of 30 DUs unbroken (PR)! Inverted burpees were a fun, new movement.
TGUs went well. Haven't done these in a long time. Started with #20 DBs then switched to #30. Could have definitely gone heavier but wanted to focus on rock-solid form for the duration.
