111106 Mudder Conditioning (long run)

Tough Mudder Conditioning

6mi run w/ the following calisthenics done throughout:
20 hill sprints
10 side hurdles
20 air squats
2 x 30 sit-ups
2 x 10 push-ups
4 passes on monkey bars
10 burpee pull-ups
25 box jumps

Time: 1:20:00
