5 min jump rope

RRPuP Step 9:

Strength:
Bench Press 3 x 5
80-95-115

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 six count burpees
7 push-up & dip pass throughs
9 GHD sit-ups.
Rest 90 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 cycles.

Score:
2 rounds + 5 burpees + 3 push-ups/dips
2 rounds + 5 burpees + 3 push-ups/dips
2 rounds + 5 burpees + 2 push-ups/dips
