Saw this one posted on the CFJ today. It was taken from Pat Sherwood's FB page. A classic CF-style WOD in that it looks a lot easier on paper.
Buy in:
2 rounds of:
15 squats
15 push-ups
25 sit-ups
WOD:
4 rounds for time of:
30 Double Unders
20 75# Overhead Squats
15 20# Wall Balls
10 Burpees
Break for 2-3 min after each round
Time: 31:07
